Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, returns for change of mind are limited once production has started.

If there is a production defect, damaged item, or wrong phone model caused by our fulfillment process, contact us with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

Design proof approval is part of the workflow to reduce mismatch risk before production.
